Starting Seeds Mid-March in zone 9-10?

Starting Seeds Mid-March in zone 9-10?

Good morning! All but one variety of my seeds have arrived, and I'm stoked to get started. This is my inaugural effort, and I'll be growing: -Thelma Sander's Sweet Potato Squash -Cherokee Purple Tomatoes -New Zealand Summer Spinach -Blue Lake 274 Green Snap Beans -State Fair Zinnias I'll be in Portland for the first week of March, so I was thinking of waiting till I got back to put the seeds in the dirt, as I don't want them to sprout while I'm away and unable to water or attend to them. Will this be alright for zone 9-10, or am I pushing it too long?
