I have found myself to be overwhelmingly stressed out and it is taking a toll on my physical well being. I often feel like I have the worst heart burn in the world and the only thing that makes it feel better is pressing on my chest or holding my breath. I have contributed these symptoms to stress. So, here's the poor skill factor.. I do not have health insurance and I am looking for some tried and true stress relief exercises or herbal/medical remedies. I am also open to hearing about certain medicines that help because if it comes to the point where I can't control it, I will indeed go to the doctor. Thank you in advance!
