I planted daffodils last summer (the ones in my user pic were from my garden). I also planted them in this little open-bottom pot on soil that is full of roots and really not an ideal spot to plant anything. They were beautiful for a while and then turned ugly. I thought for sure that was it. But yesterday I noticed that green leaves are starting to wake up! I can’t believe they spread their seeds and I’m going to have more this year! I am so excited.
My four new raspberry bushes, requested by my mom, and reluctantly planted in "prime" garden real estate. I think they are a different type of raspberry plant compared to the one I planted last year. (WHAT IS WITH LJ UPLOADING MY PICS SIDEWAYS?! HOW DO I FIX THAT?)
