The flowers on the sunflower transplant I put in the ground about 2 weeks ago are wilting a bit, and I’m not quite sure why. My first guess would be that I’m overwatering it, as I’ve been watering everything every other day or so. My second guess is the temperature; it got down to the low 40′s the last few nights. Third guess is that it’s normal for sunflowers to lose their flowers on their way growing up, before flowering anew. Any ideas what might be wrong here? Thanks.
