The Simon & Garfunkel window box that isn't in the kitchen window (wouldn't be able to reach it- sink's in the way) is doing very nicely. The thyme is the smallest of the 4 plants but I think that's because it's, well, a small plant. The parsley is huge, the rosemary is very fragrant and the sage--- well, the sage is beginning to flower. And the suprise? It's Pineapple sage. When you clip the leaves, it smells exactly like pineapples! It tastes just like a very sweet sage. I didn't know there was such a thing as pineapple sage, much less that I was growing it. Question-- should I cut the flowers?
