I love garden surprises… We’re very far away from planting time here in Denver, but we’ve spent quite a bit of time in our yard prepping the beds. I was digging up a stump and much to my surprise, I looked down to see the asparagus I planted last year sending up shoots. So cool. I know we’re a season away from being able to harvest much, but it made me totally psyched to see them. I had no idea if they were going to sprout.
Yay for gardens.
