Taking Outdoor Plants When Moving

Taking Outdoor Plants When Moving

We might be moving here pretty soon (next month, although the final decision's not been made). This summer I planted a hibiscus bush, which I'm sure I could dig up and bring inside and replant in the spring, right? I also have some lavender which I've planted, and wonder if I could bring this in the house for the winter? Or could I dig it up and replant it at the new house during the winter? I've also planted a fern and some coral bells under a maple. I'd probably want to take those too. Any tips for taking any of these plants with me? Thanks.
