The lovely red dahlia is the Bishop of Llandaff,it has taken me years to find this one.It is a stunning colour and well worth the wait. It seems to be coping well with all this heavy rain which is more than i can say for the petunias. The double ones with frilly edges have tried but the buds are rotting off before they have a chance to open.There still seems to be no let -up, but if it doesn,t stop soon everything else will start to rot. And anything else will be eaten by the slugs and snails.
