The potatoes vines having died yet, but we’ve been havesting 15 pounds or so a week. This batch is Red Norland and Keuka Gold. They should get bigger as the vines mature and die back, but they are tasty.
They don’t look like I planted them in April, do they?
As you can see, I couldn’t resist prematurely harvesting one parsnip. The carrots and beans have both been doing well this year.
