thoughts on a shade garden

i'm planning another shade garden and i'm wondering if anyone has any of the following plants, or have grown them before, and what your experience has been like (ie, prone to bugs, disease, animals, etc, takes over the garden, etc): toad lily trout lily hosta halcyon cyclamen (spreads out of control?) heuchera americana (ditto on the spreading?) trillium sessile (aka toadshade) pulmonaria aruncus i haven't used any of them before, so i'm not sure. i've been trolling the internet and looking through books all night trying to design the 5x5 plot outside my front door. it's fully shaded (although not deep shade, it gets light, just no sun) and there are about a billion grape hyacinth bulbs already planted there. the garden i put in a couple of weeks ago (also shade, containing various hostas, astilbes, fuschias, shade coleus and several new guinea impatiens) is doing really well, looking great and the hostas are even starting to spread! yippee!! i'm in the willamette valley in eugene, oregon (zone 6b, i believe), by the way. oh, and pics to follow this week! :)
