Yesterday I learned that a 20 seconds of marble sized hail is enough to make a gardener cry….

My beautiful borage!!! It was soooo pretty and full! *cries*
There was more. My mango, full of holes the top that had about 5 new baby leaves starting has been broke/chopped clean off by the hail. My edilbe flower garden, my marigolds are all broken (they wre a talk version nearly knee high I’d never seen before) and my rose scented geranium just a wreck. My nasturtiums are decimated. And everything is a general mess. I so don’t have the heart to go out there and face the clean up.
