Tomato Hornworm

Tomato Hornworm

I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I figured it was a good starting point. I noticed a tomato hornworm with wasp eggs on one of my tomato plants and I would like to find a way to keep it until the wasps hatch as a “science” project for my children.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can successfully achieve this without harming the wasps that will be hatching? I assume that just sticking them in a terrarium of sorts might work, however I have no clue how big these wasps will be when they start buzzing around and I certainly don’t want them in my house. *g*

Thanks!
