Can anyone tell me what the problem is with my tomatoes? I hope this isn't some serious virus where I have to burn all the plants, and sterilize my tools and soil. I have three plants, and the middle one started doing this over a month ago, then the second one got really bad (of course, it's really big, so there are a lot of leaves to look bad. The third plant is just starting to show spots. I'm in Wisconsin. Also, has anyone bought Chef Jeff's plants? I think they're a regional thing, but I'm not sure how big the region is. That middle tomato plant was from them. The label said it was Amish Paste, but it's just cherry tomatoes. Some are yellow, and some are red. The red ones are really tough. I also got a brandywine. I'll let you know if they're any good, if they ripen before frost. I also got some Chef Jeff's pepper plants. One of them was labeled "super banana". I was waiting for them to turn yellow, like on the label, but they went from light green, to light green with brownish streaks. They taste fine, but they don't look like the label shows. I guess you take your chances, with Chef Jeff.
