The sad story is…my boyfriend has tomato sauce stains on one of his favorite shirts. Unfortunately, I didn’t become aware until after he’d tried to wash it out a few times. I’ve tried my favorite stand-by – men’s shaving cream, if you can imagine. Scrubbing it on a stain generally gets great results, even getting dirt stains out of washed and heat dried shorts.
I’m waiting for it to dry, but I fear this is beyond my skills. Any suggestions? I’ve already considered dyeing it, but it’s a light baby blue t-shirt, and would be hard to match, and I don’t think dyeing over stains would work anyway.
