Tree Help

I am looking to plant a tree in my front yard this spring.... the yard is not that large, so I want to stick with a more decorative tree. I had my heart set on a Amelanchier canadensis (Serviceberry) that I was going to order from Nature Hills but they are sold out and all the other sites offer larger varieties and I dont want to go that big. So... any ideas... my criteria - small (less than 20 ft) - looks good in at least 3 of 4 seasons - not too messy - low maintenance - not too pricy - also want to be careful due to allergies, dont want to be allergic to my front yard! ETA: I think I am in zone 5 (northern IN) with full sun exposure, and I should clarify messy - I don't want tons of fruit all over my yard - ie how crabapples drop stuff everywhere. I have a lazy husband who would try to mow over them and that might be dangerous!
