Two different types of Phalaenopsis orchid

Hello everyone,
I have two different types of Phalaenopsis orchid, I know nothing about them beyond that as I have only seen one flower briefly.

I am attempting to get them to flower but keep hearing conflicting information. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

I am in the UK and they receive about 10 hours of sun at present. I have heard cooling them at night helps and I will be putting them into my laundry room overnight from now on.

They are still in the original pots they came with – I will be repotting them after I have moved house in a couple of weeks. Can this help inspire them to flower?

I am not fertilising them as I read this can actually hinder them, and they get watered twice a week as the moss dries out.

Any advice most welcome!
