uh oh…

uh oh…

I took home a christmas cactus back in feb/march from my school greenhouse but I don't think it's doing too well as of lately. I can't dig up much on cactus disease or bacterial infections.. so I'll describe what I see and hope for the best from you guys.

It's looking very dull green, and all of the leaves, except for the bottom trunk part of the plant, are squishy, soft, and a bit wrinkled looking. I don't water it too much and it gets watered enough that it's not thirsty either. The tips are all shriveled up and sad looking. Should I toss it out and call it quits? I don't think any of it can be propagated at this point. It wasn't too well off to begin with, I think it's been through some decent propagation plucking sessions at school.
