Just wanted to update you re: my recent insurance/ hospital/ collections post. I spoke to all three, will still have to pay to the collections, but the new person i spoke to was very nice and nothing like one that called me. Insurance said the filing error is likely on the hospitals side – something was filed as surgery when it shouldn’t have been.
