My mom bought this Valencia Orange literally two days ago. She bought it from a nursery and when she brought it home there was nothing on it. Two days later and now we have an unidentified pest. We live in south Florida. This picture is not the best (I tried!), but it’s all these tiny light brown bugs on the uppermost leaves only. Does anyone have any idea what they are, I’ve been googling all night and still don’t have a clue. They don’t seem to fly and they don’t seem to be eating the leaves either.
