Vinca and Marigold Question

Vinca and Marigold Question

Hey fellow gardeners, I'm new to this community, and new to gardening in general. I've gardened some in the past, but this is the first year that I'm really into it. I'm mainly interested in container gardening since I live in a townhome with hardly any yard. This year, I planted some vinca in a small pot. They've been doing well so far, and have grow very well. I'm getting concerned about them because their leaves appear to be drooping more than usual, and the leaves don't appear as vibrant as before. Also, I've noticed that they are covered with tiny, almost microscopic red bugs. I've also found a few spiders in them too. Is this anything to be alarmed about? I also planted some marigolds. Up until last week, they've been doing really well. Now the leaves are turning yellow, and I also have noticed a few tiny holes on a couple of the leaves. Also, the flowers are so big that it's causing the stem to dangle over the edge of the pot. What's going on with these guys? I noticed two beetles on the blooms yesterday - are they causing this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! =) BTW - here's a picture of the vinca http://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a197/xsmackthatcatx/?action=view¤t=100_0391.jpg
