This is for a friend, joined Gold's Gym. When he lost his debit card and replaced it he forgot to update it at the gym. So they tried to charge, failed, sent him to collections, never told him his card was rejected. Now the collections agency (Vision Financial) calls, but when he tries to call them to FIX THINGS, they hang up on him. Flat out hang up. On the automated "press 2 for..." menu, when he presses 2, it disconnects him. Any suggestions?
