This is a little bit long and has a few pictures so I’m putting it behind a cut…
I live with a roommate, who has let me have a bedroom with him free of charge for over a year, due to some medical problems I had and various other reasons keeping me from working. Point being, I’m trying to pay him back by fixing up his terrible house a little bit. So, since the bathroom has been obliterated by an overabundance of partying, I’m patching a few holes in the walls and then wallpapering it.
It’s a VERY small bathroom, so for the wall paper I was trying to pick out something that was relatively inexpensive and that wasn’t too dark in color.
This is what I saw and liked so far.
First question:
1) Which do you like best? Or do you have any other recommendations?
Now… I’ve never wallpapered anything before, any tips? What’s the best way to take off the old wallpaper? This may seem like a stupid question, but are there any special procedures at all for a room like a bathroom that has a lot more moisture in it constantly? I wasn’t sure and I just don’t want to mess it up or not do something obvious XD
My next question:
2) I bought a white shelf for the bathroom but it’s wobbly due to a slight bump in the flooring. I want to fasten it to the wall, what should I use to do it?
