The plant in the second picture is what I grew up calling plant leaves. I have no idea what the proper name is, but it does have medicinal properties. Wash and dry the leaves, then lightly scrunch. Use it for drawing out ingrown toe infections and slivers, etc. I once had a piece of wood embedded in my leg so deep that I couldn’t even see it. All I knew was that my leg hurt, so I placed the plant leaves on the area and covered it with a bandage and went to bed. In the morning the wood was to the surface and I was able to get it out.
