Here in the southeast I've been seeing a lot of really wicked crazy thunderstorms. It might just be me, but it seems more violent this year than usual. It's okay for us, usually, because we get a lot of rain, but we've been getting some strong damaging winds, too. There was also the blizzard here in March that was a big record for us, and now the midwest weather is struggling to get to their average temps.
My garden at least has been well watered, but the drastic heat cool to smoking hot temps cooked a few of my transplants, and it sucks for my even moderate temp crops like lettuce.
I'd say that this year's weather is really, really weird. Here are a couple pics I took from a storm a few days ago.
