Well, first of all, it’s messy. Second, and most, of all… it’s BORING. When we got this house, my “thing” was earthy-colors… and for some strange reason I painted my room a cinnamon/pumpkin/spice orange. I do like it because it makes my room feel small and cozy… but now I don’t know what to do with it. We only moved here just under two years ago, so I think my parents would flip if I asked to paint again.
My favorite colors are now brown/tan/blue/green… which really isn’t going to work with the orange spice walls.
Also, my room is pretty uninteresting, shape-wise. It’s almost a perfect square. Wall one has the door, wall two is just a wall, wall three has a window in the middle, and wall four has the closet door.
As for my tastes, I really like clean lines and organized clutter… if that makes sense. I love my “stuff,” I just want to make it interesting. So, if any of you have any ideas for me, that’d be great… seriously. Until then… off to clean my room!!
