What are these 2 evil weeds? How do I make them dead?

Evil Plant #1:
What is this? EVIL plant, & how do I kill it?

Leaves in groups of four, the vine is a redish colour, it strangles EVERYTHING in my front gardens, full shade to full sun, it doesnt matter.

Edited to add: this is a vine that grows on other plants only, Ive never seen it growing on its own anywhere

Also I live in zone 9 central Florida (if that matters or not?)

Evil Plant #2:

I HATE this weed with a passion!

This thing can grow from a small plant, to a shrub to a tree, seriously Ive had to cut one down before. It is covered in white hair, even the leaves are fuzzy, it never flowers, at leas not that I have seen & it seems to prefer my back yard, I never see it in the front, not sure why not (but thankful.)
