I bought those three ready grown at the market : a watermelon, a squash and a cucumber plant… I didn’t get to put them in their definite place yet but both three seem to be covered in these tiny bugs. They were clean when I bought about two weeks ago, but I imagine the tiny guys did come in the soil with them as none of the decorative squashes nor the pumpkin, nor anything else I planted from seed to have these…
I’d be happy to hear about advice about how to get rid of them by the most natural way possible…
These aren’t very good photos, but that’s what I can get with the digital camera I have, and they are really tiny…
On the squash, they seem to be concentrated on the flowerbuds…
