What can I do with a lot of balogna?
My local supermarket had overbought some name-brand balogna, and had a whole lot of it on sale at 4 pounds for $3. Sure, it was AT its expiration date, but I have room in my freezer! So I now have many pounds of frozen balogna. I plan on using it in place of ham in casseroles and salads. Does anyone have any good suggestions/recipes that use balogna?
