What is this flower

I really like this flower but the person that planted it can not remember what it is called. Additionally, she told me that I could dig it up but as it is a vine, that is clearly growing in the mix of a grapevine, I’m not sure where this plant starts and where the grapevine starts so I will just have to find a brand new plant to put in my yard. If anyone can help me identify it that would be fantastic!
