I bought a lovely little tomato plant in a 4 or 6 inch pot today, I’m wondering if I can get away with putting it in a large black 10-15 inch pot (its about as wide as it is tall) instead of putting it in the ground so that I can move it with the limited sun that my place gets.
I also bought a little broccoli starter and was wondering if I could do the same, but perhaps transplant it into a smaller pot at first or if it would be good to just put it in the big pot out right.
