What’s wrong with my cucumber?
This is the 3rd cucumber I've planted in the last month, and it's the LAST one from the seedlings I started. If I plant again, it'll have to be a seed sown directly in the ground. All the cucumbers looked great before I put them out. I didn't harden it off first, but I didn't think it mattered that much since the other plants didn't seem to mind. It has the same symptoms as before: leaves that feels like tissue paper. In fact, the white parts make an audible crinkle when I touch them. When I posted about it happening before without photos (they looked the same, but having completely taken over the plant and exposed to wet weather it felt like wet tissue paper), it was agreed that it was the frost damage that I expected, but it hasn't been bellow 60 since I planted this one! I'm lucky I caught it early; can anyone tell me what's happening before this one dies too?! Edit: I DO have a pepper with one bottom leaf that has the wet-tissue-paper symptom even though it has not be exposed to <60F weather. But it's really lanky, so I wasn't expecting much from it. Aside from the cucumber and 3 out of 4 sweet peppers, all the other plants are doing fine, and two of the three peppers do not appear to have to same problem as the cucumber.
