Who’s The Grocery Shopper And Cook In Your House?

Sometimes I wonder if I'm the only guy in this community who cooks. (At least I know there are a few of us guys in here.) Do you ladies feel like you are the ones who always have to do the cooking? I was wondering about the gender imbalance in terms of work distribution. Almost everyone who's been posting about recipes and groceries and food preparation has been female. A salute and thanks to you ladies for sharing your wisdom, creativity, and thrift. P.S. - I've received so many helpful comments. Thank you for the insights! (I hope you don't mind if I don't respond directly to each and every one of you.) It is nice to know that the ones doing the cooking are the ones who tend to enjoy it, and that just because men aren't posting about cooking in this community doesn't mean they aren't cooking! As a bachelor, I'm trying to rely less on microwaving and dining out, and more on meal-planning and healthy cooking. This would be good for my financial health - right now I don't have a food budget, I just buy what I want, but I'm trying to change that - and my physical health - I really need to get more into fresh fruit and vegetables and less into processed things and frozen entrees.
