Wild foods in the garden…

I was doing some weeding the other day and I realized I've been mistaking violet wood sorrel (Oxalis violacea) for some type of clover. Hey, it has trifolate leaves! This brings me to the next subject. Sort of. Apparently the leaves, flowers and bulbs of the violet wod sorrel are edible. I'm going to try some when I get home from work! Purslane also comes to mind when I think about edible pest plants. So does anyone else eat weeds? What are some of the tastier ones?
