On the good advice of this community, I finally got around (this afternoon) to transplanting my tomatoes and squash from a container they’d overgrown and put them into the ground.
The tomatoes are not pleased.
I gave them a big drink of water and I’m hoping the overnight rest in the ground will help….
How long does “transplant shock” normally affect vegetable plants? I mean, there’s pretty much nothing else I can do for them now, but I don’t want to panic that I’m losing the plants if I’m really not.
