I just came in from my garden and picked so many tomatoes that my eyes are about to pop out. We had just picked 3 days ago and now we filled up another container. Because of messed up weather this year, all of my tomatoes are ripening at once. I am going to have to put some of these up somehow and I was wondering if any of you have any favorite tomato recipes for canning. I would especially LOVE a really good homemade spaghetti sauce recipe but I would not say no to salsa!
