yams are cheap – eat them
cut them in half, place on sheet, put in oven @ 400 for 1 hour
OR
Put it in for about 3 minutes… then turn it…
Or… if you slice it up before you cook it… it will cook faster.
(of course… it depends on the size of the tater… and your Microwave… so do your own testing)
