Yeah it’s that time of year.

Yeah it’s that time of year.

I have a financial aid problem that will not resolve until a month after start of semester. While it will allow me to go to school, if I buy my books it must be out of pocket. I'm sure some of you know the I have no pocket feeling. I'm sitting on Less Than Zero.

Yeah, I know, go to the school library, right? Except it's distance education, the physical university is in Minnesota. The 5-county library system here in South Puget Sound (Washington) does not have the books--I checked.

Does anyone have any ideas?

ETA: Wow people have been really supportive and I can't tell you how much it means to me. The best suggestions, I think, have been:

~Interlibrary Loan
~Ask the Professors for suggestions/assistance
~Check with local College Libraries and maybe study there
~Craigslist
~Freecycle

Those are all going on my to-do list. If anyone has any other suggestions that don't say "here's a cheap place to buy books," I would love to hear them!

EDIT TWO: I have the proper editions or those one previous headed my way via Interlibrary Loan. I am going to continue looking into the e-book suggestions, but this is closed enough for now I think. Thank you a third time! I will keep my eyes open for questions I can help with :)
