food

okay, so with gas prices soaring again, having gotten a second job is no longer going to be enough to survive on, and i'm having to cut back on my food expenses yet again. would everyone post a list of things they know are cheaper when bought pre-prepared (like spaghetti sauce) instead of homemade? i want to put together a big list, so that i can just assume that everything not on that list is better homemade. i'm happy to make things from scratch, and did so even before i got so poor, but i don't want to be wasting money...
