I wasn't going to ask this, but since the onion question, I figured I might as well. I had half a head of Garlic sprout in my fridge, I'm actually kind of embarrassed about this. So, do I get it to root the same way you get onion to root? There are maybe four or five cloves that have sprouted and only two of them are very long. I'm thinking I need to clean out my fridge a bit more often.
