Home is the Hunter

Home is the Hunter

I came home with a shredded white (Another, I love these) and Charles Grimaldi Brugmansias, sweet almond verbinia, pot leaf jatropha (I'm sure it has a real name, but that's what they look like), 4 big pots of lysimachia, a huge (4 ft tall) stemmendia, a cornutia, Rondeletia leucophylla (huge pot!), Agastache-Tooti Fruity, Pink Dombeya, a praying hands banana, some Mat's Wild tomatos (Traded for the Clitoria tern...I thought that was a suitable match), some Georga Jet sweet potatos, a french marigold, and a roselle. Oh, and a desert rose that is already in a bonsai pot, and a varigated Solanum jas. Oh, and a regular bird of paradise...love them! How does it happen that everyone comes home from a plant swap with more than they brought? Doesn't that defy conservation of matter, or something like that? Today, after it cools off, I have a date with my shovel.
