Meal planning help?
I am having edema issues, and am needing to plan meals that are low-sodium, low-carb, low-cholesterol, cow-free, pork-free, kid-friendly, and VERY inexpensive! My fiance and son can both eat pasta, bread, and rice, but I get VERY swolen when I do. We're pretty broke until August 5th, when my fiance gets his commission settle-up (he's a car salesman), so I don't have much to spend. We DO have a local farmer's market that sells in-season produce cheap. Help?
