oral surgery

oral surgery

i have a few questions backstory--my wisdom teeth are in and since they are hard to brush, they have cavities..well holes really. it doesn't bother or hurt my mouth, but my top left tooth apparently broke while i was sleeping. i do have dental insurance but i have not been to a dentist in probably 5 years. could i bypass a regular dentist and make an appointment with an oral surgeon and does paying for pulling wisdom teeth go by each tooth or all four together? i am moving in 6 weeks so i do not have a lot of spare money sitting around. i pay 50 cents a week for my dental insurance so i don't know if that will cover less. i live in manchester, nh if that helps sorry if this doesn't belong here but i wasn't sure where else to go :) thanks
