Are there any greens that can take heat without bolting? 3. What the heck does Purslane look like? Is it the little red stemmed squiggly things I see in sidewalk cracks? I'm looking for something that resembles moss roses, as they're the same genus. Yes, I want to eat them. No, I'm not crazy. Look it up. They're loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids.
