This year, for the first time, I am starting plants indoors, about 6 weeks ago. I have 2 trays with Broccoli, Cauliflower, Tomato and Eggplant. The seeds have all germinated and have grown tall enough that I have had to take the lids off the trays. I bottom water when they are dry and mist them (I am moving a humidifier in there tonight). I am hoping to start the hardening off process soon, but, the plants seem very spindley. Most are about 3 inches long but few have gotten their first true leaves yet. They aren't growning straight up. Is this how they are supposed to look, or is their something I should do to help them bulk up? Any suggestions?
