Okay, I thought I remembered a post like this, but checking the tags I came up with nothing, so... I have a bit of slightly sour milk. Well, it might not actually be sour but it was dated for two days ago and I'm out of cereal anyway. It's past the point where I'd just drink a glass, but I know it's good for something. Are there any good, easy recipes out there that call for sour milk, or ones where freshness doesn't matter either way? Thanks!
