Watering with vegetable cooking water?
Hi folks, Is there any benefit to plants in watering them with the (cooled) boiled water I've used to cook vegetables in? If I'm making soup it usually adds to my stock, but if not I pour it down the sink and/or over unbreakable dirty dishes. I don't consider down the sink being a total waste as boiling water helps to kill germs, but if the cooled water is like a liquid fertiliser I'd rather use it in the garden. Cheers, Guylian
